Expired Subscriptions
If you create a free trial subscription in Ahana but do not subscribe to Ahana before the trial period expires, or your Contract or Pay-as-You-Go subscription expires, some of Ahana's features are disabled.
This page presents the features of the Ahana Console that are enabled or disabled when your Ahana subscription expires, and your options when your Ahana account is in this state.
note
For more information on subscriptions, see Subscriptions.
What You Can Do
When your Ahana subscription expires, you can keep the expired subscription, or subscribe to Ahana.
Keep the Expired Subscription
If you never provisioned an Ahana Compute Plane, or provisioned and then destroyed the Ahana Compute Plane, there are no resources to be charged for. You cannot provision an Ahana Compute Plane with an expired subscription.
If you provisioned an Ahana Compute Plane, some features in Ahana are disabled. See Disabled and Enabled Actions.
important
You will continue to incur charges through AWS for the Ahana resources that you deployed into your AWS account, such as Presto clusters.
To avoid AWS charges from Ahana resources that you have deployed into your AWS account, delete any Presto clusters and destroy your Ahana Compute Plane.
Subscribe to Ahana
All subscriptions are made through the AWS Marketplace. See Subscribe to Ahana Cloud to subscribe.
